By using the Sparky Discord application (referred to as “Service” hereafter), you agree to be bound to these Terms of Service. If you disagree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.
Acceptable Use
The Service may only be used within the scope of what it is provided for, under these Terms and applicable law. Users are solely responsible for making sure that their use of the Service violates none of our Terms, but also applicable law or regulations. We reserve the right to take any appropriate measure to protect interests of the Service, including but not limited to denying access to the Service.
Termination
We may terminate your access to our Service, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these terms or its function ceases. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Cheating
Our Service is about guessing the most Geometry Dash levels. Doing research on your own or with your friends to guess levels is considered fair use. On the other hand, abusing bugs or attempting to automate the process of guessing levels is considered cheating. This is not an exhaustive list; anything that does not fall under fair use as underlined above and provides an advantage may be cheating. We reserve the right to decide whether any use of our Service is considered cheating at our discretion, and, if so, subsequently remove the data and terminate the access of the user(s) at any time without prior notice. Proof of cheating may not be shared to protect the integrity of the application. If you wish to report cheating, contact us.
Leaking
Due to the nature of our Service, it is possible to "leak" the answers to levels in the game. As mentioned, playing with your friends is fair use, and sharing the answers to levels comes naturally then. This is not leaking. On the other hand, posting an extensive list of answers externally, for example, may be leaking. We reserve the right to decide whether any use of our Service is considered leaking at our discretion, and, if so, subsequently remove the data and terminate the access of the user(s) at any time without prior notice. Materials
Our Service may display users’ profile pictures or usernames. We are not responsible for any inappropriate materials. This should be reported to that specific server’s Moderator team. Aside from that, banners and images of Geometry Dash levels may be displayed in the Service, and these are all selected manually and carefully by the development team. We do not support or condone the actions of their respective creators of the content displayed in any way. If you are the creator and wish to have your content removed, contact us.
Paid Products
Users may choose to support the Service directly through PayPal. This is a one-time purchase that allows for more customization of your profile. Generally, we operate with a no refund policy, but do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns about this. Refer to our Privacy Policy to see what data is stored upon supporting.
Modifications
We may revise our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy . If so, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the Service at least 2 weeks in advance. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the current version at any given time. Refer to our Privacy Policy if you wish to delete your data due to any future changes to these Terms.
